Janine Morris






Janine Morris is an Executive Learning and Development Leader with a diverse background of nearly 25 years in human resources, leadership development, customer service training, employee engagement, guest/client and associate “experience engineering”, brand strategy and activation. Janine has extensive experience working with all organizational levels to develop strategic programs, create experiential learning and development programs, design training, provide dynamic facilitation and executive coaching to positively impact key performance indicators and business, guest/client.

As a Director of Service Culture and learning leader for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, her work focused on helping leaders and teams make long-term sustainable behavior change to build world class cultures and achieve key business metrics. She was responsible for training needs assessment, instructional design, development, divisional implementation and measurement/value reporting as a part of Starwood’s Global Learning Organization for the last 11 years. Janine specializes in the design and facilitation of executive development programs, excellence in customer service education and branding from the inside out with a focus on strategic, measurable, and instructionally sound initiatives.

With an additional 14 years of progressive on-property Human Resources experience, Janine has been a strategic partner in enhancing human capital at properties with 200 – 1700 associates across premium and luxury brands including Sheraton, Westin and W Hotels. While property based, Janine designed and implemented programs in strategy building, change management, team dynamics, leadership development succession planning, managing effectively to generational differences, diversity and differentiated branded service delivery; as well as, many other topics.

Janine is certified in numerous programs such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Tracom Social Styles, StrengthsFinders and is able to use these tools to help develop leaders at all levels. With expertise in branding, engineering service experiences, dynamic change management, Emotional Intelligence, Collaboration, Accountability and Strategic Planning she is able to ensure the right program is designed for the right solution.

Janine has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Emory University.
